Champagne & Caviar: An Exclusive Experience at Arizona Biltmore

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen my stories from my time at the Arizona Biltmore a couple of weeks ago to get a sneak peek at their new Champagne & Caviar series for the upcoming holiday season. It launches on November 22 and will run through January 3, and I highly recommend making a reservation. This intimate, luxurious experience is nothing short of perfection, whether for a romantic date night or a fun girls’ evening.

Even if you can’t attend its new Champagne & Caviar series, this luxury resort is well worth a visit with its numerous restaurants, desert-chic spa, and seven pools. They underwent a $70 million renovation a few years ago that infused a modern feel while maintaining the architectural details. You might recall the Tierra Luna Spa Solstice Retreat I was invited to at this desert oasis earlier this summer that left me grateful, inspired, and rejuvenated.

This new series will feature a curated menu of a rotating selection of world-class champagnes and caviar pairings. Upon entering, the staff greeted me warmly and served my first glass of champagne, Laurent-Perrier. Managing Director Michael Hoffmann took time out of his busy day to join us for the event and mingle with the guests. I also had the opportunity to network with other talented writers, which has become one of my favorite parts of these press events.

After we were all seated, they served us an array of caviar. We had a variety of accompaniments, including blini, creme fraiche, red onion, egg, and chives. I’m no caviar connoisseur; nevertheless, it was delicious!

Aside from the champagne and caviar, another highlight for me was the food. They will offer a light lunch with a delectable menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. I sampled everything below, but they will serve whole portions during the series.

  • Heirloom Tomato & Burrata
  • Luxe Lobster Salad — Honorable mention: I typically don’t order lobster (not because I don’t like it, but because I prefer other seafood), and I’m not a big salad girl, but this has to be in my top five salads of all time.
  • Foie Gras Torchon
  • Modern Shrimp Caesar
  • Egg White Frittata
  • Croque Madame

Anyone who knows me knows I love aesthetics. When I choose restaurants, the decor and vibe are equally important as the food, in my opinion. Arizona Biltmore never disappoints with its branding; even the artisanal hand-cut fries were served in a Veuve Clicquot container.

To round things out, we finished with Coupe Colonel (lemon sorbet with vodka), which was terrific. Can I always get my sorbet served like that?! They also handed out champagne truffles from Teuscher’s of Switzerland, one of the best I’ve ever had. I was so excited to find a box of them in my take-home goodie bag that I’ve been slowly savoring them. This is another reason I need to go to Switzerland — the chocolate!

Arizona Biltmore is a beautiful property to seek a private escape and enjoy a unique and upscale dining experience. Now, with their new Champagne & Caviar series, they invite you to create cherished memories during this festive season. Thank you to Arizona Biltmore for inviting me to preview this new series. As always, all opinions are my own.
